Encuentran dos toneladas de marihuana en varias tumbas
El Ejército mexicano halló dos toneladas de marihuana dentro de las tumbas de un cementerio en la localidad de Ciudad Camargo, en el estado de Tamaulipas, según ha confirmado el Ministerio de Defensa de México.
En un comunicado, Defensa aclara que los soldados se encontraron con la droga al efectuar reconocimientos terrestres.
Dentro de diversas lápidas, en total, se han incautado de hasta 241 paquetes de marihuana que sumaban 2.241 kilos.
Las autoridades están investigando a quién puede pertenecer esta droga y si este cargamento estaba listo para comerciar o se trata de un escondite, según informan medios locales.
El estado de Tamaulipas es uno de los epicentros de la violencia desatada entre los cárteles de la droga que luchan para controlar las rutas de narcotráfico. En este estado, el cártel del Golfo y Los Zetas, sus antiguos aliados, mantienen asiduos enfrentamientos armados.
